Jamie Foster is a Partner in the UK law firm Clarke Willmott. He is a Regulatory lawyer who is an acknowledged expert in the UK in Animal Welfare Law and the law relating to Field Sports. Jamie is the Countryside Alliance’s solicitor and has been involved in defending most of the prosecutions brought in England under the Hunting Act. Jamie is the co-author of ‘The Law of Field Sports’ which is currently the authoritative text on the state of Field Sports Law in the UK.

Dr. Candace Croney is an associate professor of animal behavior and well-being in the Animal Sciences Department of Purdue University. Her research, teaching and extension efforts focus  on the interactions between animal behavior, cognition and well-being, the effects of rearing environments and enrichment on animal behavior and welfare, the ethical implications of animal care and use decisions, and public perceptions of animal agriculture.

Arnold L. Goldman DVM, MS, MPH owns Canton Animal Hospital LLC in Canton, CT and is president of the Connecticut Veterinary Medical Foundation. He developed the CTSART disaster response program and the Companions-in-Crisis domestic violence program. Since 2004 Dr. Goldman has served on a variety of emergency preparedness and response committees, task forces and work groups at the local, state and national levels. The Connecticut Veterinary Medical Association named Dr. Goldman Veterinarian-of-the-Year in 2008.
